As former military aviators from various branches, we bring firsthand experience and a shared passion for the industry. With backgrounds in both the public and private sectors, we recognized a need for more than just traditional consulting - we wanted to create a company that delivers full-service support, guiding clients through the complexities of the aviation sector with clarity and confidence.

Meet the Founders
Joseph May
A retired senior Air Force officer with over 30 years of leadership, planning, and command experience, Joe has led at the Wing level and served as an operational planner on The Joint Staff at the Pentagon. An entrepreneur at heart, he has launched five small businesses, including BlueForce, which grew into a mid-level company supporting the Department of Defense and State Department. He now serves as Chairman of the Board for BlueForce Inc.
Passionate about aviation, he is President of Harris Hill Soaring Corporation, working to secure its future, and a Regional Director for the Soaring Society of America. His love for problem-solving and helping others drives his consulting work. In his free time, he enjoys flying with his wife and family and teaching soaring as an instructor.
Justin May
Justin is a retired USMC officer with a distinguished career in aviation and leadership. Following his military service, he transitioned to community engagement and advocacy, leveraging his expertise in operations, interagency planning, and mentorship.
Currently, Justin serves as a Life Flight pilot, providing critical air medical transport and emergency response. His experience in high-pressure environments shaped his commitment to safety, service, and workforce development within the aviation industry.
Passionate about community advocacy, Justin has managed local campaigns, advanced education initiatives, and serves on a charter school board, focusing on expanding Career and Technical Education (CTE) opportunities in fields like aviation, skilled trades, and healthcare. As a nonprofit aviation director, he connects students with hands-on STEM experiences through partnerships with businesses, schools, and aviation professionals. Driven by a passion for developing future leaders, Justin continues to support educational and workforce readiness in both urban and rural communities.
Joel May
A dedicated military professional with over 14 years of experience, Joel has served both on Active Duty in the Army and as a Senior Warrant Officer in the New York Army National Guard. His expertise spans veteran training and education, curriculum design, risk management, and infrastructure development. He has led long-range operational planning and business development efforts, shaping impactful programs for military and private sector initiatives.
As a veteran, Joel understands the challenges of transitioning from military service to civilian careers. Drawing from his own experience moving into corporate finance in New York City, he is passionate about guiding fellow service members and providing a clear path forward. An avid pilot, Joel is dedicated to educating the next generation of aviators and supporting businesses as they grow their presence in general and corporate aviation. He blends military values with a strong commitment to helping others advance professionally.
